The ballad of Leonard and Charles is actually my favorite Exodus song, Exhibit A and Exhibit B are masterpieces from start to finish.

IMO Rob was the best Exodus vocalist. edit: Even now Generation Kill is more Exodus for me than Exodus with Zetro back.

I love Gary Holt, but didn't feel like he put 100% into the last Exodus album. The new Exodus and Slayer were both kind of weak, but the new Exodus is still better.

He's been filling in since Jeff died. Kerry is still in the band.

I find myself cutting Metallica slack in regard to their later releases, in regards to their age legacy. But.... look at Exodus. Or Testament. Or Death Angel. These guys are releasing RELEVANT powerful asskicking thrash music, and I dont need to cut em any slack because of age.

a great guitarists in metal who never gets mentioned is paul masvidal....he was amazing on death's human album

ShadowⓋ the number 1 reason i pick his as thee best is every exodus album is stellar and on pleasures and fabulous they toned it down much like megadeths so far so good was lighter than peace sells but after that each and every album was heavier and heavier and i cant think of another guitarists who can replace jeffs place and play the whole catalog of slayers music and with slayer having gary with paul who i personally like his style better than daves(god hates us all is my favorite of theres)and KFK and tom....i think its going to be in top 5 or even 4 or maybe 3rd of the best slayer album.....all in all,all of them are bands that helps push thrash more and more into aggressive thrash and it would suck if there wasnt a jeff waters or any and all other thrash metal bands with alot leaning close to the death metal side.
