@@Rocky_Burrito I'm pretty sure the devil was scared to even try that with her. The fact that an ordinary schlub like her is unphased by his possession of a little girl even when one priest is anxiously waiting for the arrival of a more experienced one is hilarious.

One of my favorite sketches of the night, from Ego’s comedic timing to Jenna saying “Shawdn’t they be asleep” it was such gold, Ego’s delivery is fantastic
"And lil girl your ass bet not be levitating back there." She slowly goes back down. Between that line and the one about turning on the ceiling fan I lost it. 🤣
Jenna on SNL made this show one of the best in years. Writers could take risks with her skillset and saved their best sketches for tonight. SNL needs to bring more incredible actors on this show who can do multiple characters...instead of popular people, musicians, sports personalities... who are novice actors, where each sketch has to cater to their limitations. A great actor like Jenna shines the light and those on the cast who can step up their skillset...join her in the successful sketches.
Shes played a pornstar, and Wednesday Adams. If pop horror was a genre, syre. Wednesday adams is and has never been "horror" or intended as dark in any way. Actually, they are the opposite.
This right here proves that Jenna was born for horror! And props to her, for Her performance as a demonically possessed girl. Linda Blair and Alexandra Krosney would be proud.
Ego is such a natural!!! No words, she knocks it out of the park! As someone who gets scared easily her character was just what I needed! Jenna was very convincing!

All the other female cast members (and I am including Molly Kearney, even though Molly is non-binary) have been jockeying for that position ever since Cecily Strong left. So far, it's been a three-way tie between Ego, Heidi, and Sarah.
Jenna actually impressed me tonight this sketch helped confirmed she's a superstar in the making... Ego deserves everything hard-wrok and black excellence offers including my fondness!

So much to like in this skit!! First of all: Ego. Period. 'Nuf said. 2) The Ceiling Fan Threat. Dang, whoever came up with that is genius. The 1973 film would've been a lot shorter if Ego had been there! 3) Every mother with eyes in the back of her head: "Little girl, your ass betta not be levitatin' back three." ("Thankyou, baby.") 4) "Nine pm in the middle of the night." 5) Regan/Jenna: "*Shawdn't* they be asleep?" 6) And did I mention Ego? Yeah, every facial expression, every word that comes out of her mouth.
The whole sketch was perfection!! Both the Shaws shawed out in this one & Jenna destroyed. One of the night's best. "9pm in the middle of the night" ⚰️
It is because the average American understands the religious battle between good and evil...but people in that area of the country have never been to church in their whole lives...
@@JGldmn333Nah, anyone familiar with "The Exorcist" knows this is funny. I abandoned the church when I was 13 and my 90-year-old mother thought it was just as funny as I did. Probably funnier than I did, because she laughed harder at this video than the scene from "Talladega Nights" where Amy Adams delivers her "you're a driver" speech, and that's saying something.
Ego is now my new favorite. I always need my 8 hrs too. And this might be my fav skit of the season so far....bc I manipulate my partner with threats of canceling our sex date too.
