I’m confused. The pro wheel demonstration doesn’t show them putting the sand track in place. They literally took it apart and then back together again…. Not a very good demonstration and now I’m hesitant to buying it on your site. This video did nothing for me… so does it even fit the pro track? That’s what we have. Not the one with the cover with the 2-3 holes. Heard those were dangerous for sugar gliders.

Yes, all accessories including the sandy tracks are interchangeable with all styles of the wheels, as long as the wheels are the same size (i.e. 12" sandy track fits all 12" wheels, 9" track fits all 9" wheels). Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

No, that's no true. The closed front plate with bean-shaped openings and pet-preferred solid black rear wall is designed for smaller animals who prefer an enclosed space for running. Some animals prefer an opened space for running, in which case the Open-faced Front Plate (83947781) is an interchangeable option for all of our 12-inch Silent Runner Wheels. Spinal injuries can occur when a wheel is too small in diameter, causing the pets back to arch too much, or when there is an axel post running through the center of the wheel, as seen in Wodent Wheels. If you choose a Silent Runner of the recommended size for your pet then spinal injuries are not a concern. We hope this info helps. @@cameronberkwitt6292
