In this video we take some suggestions from the comments and prepare for future expansion.
I am using a few mods and assets so my playthrough may differ if you are playing with no mods.
The mods I use are:
More Industry Levels
Natural Town Growth
American Roads
Fantasia Map Generator
Build with Collision
There are a couple other workshop items I use but they are mainly cosmetic/assets and do not affect gameplay too much.

You're addressing the collision issue by moving your truck station a bit further away from the port, allowing space for the truck stop to expand towards the port side. When you're attempting to add a storage building on one side, remember that the truck station needs to have sidewalks on both sides.

Loving the build, but why the music? I want to concentrate on what you are saying and that C&W violin is making my ears bleed.

Thank you for the feedback! Sorry to hear that. I try to pick music that fits with the style/theme of the game. I also try to balance it so the music isn’t distracting but also fills up the empty space in the video. Perhaps the balance was off in this video but recently I have been adjusting the volume so maybe it won’t be as distracting.
