Today I'm back in one of the better expat-friendly cities of South East Asia; Kuala Lumpur. I'm reviewing Novo Reserve, a residential development which also operates a bit like a hotel, where the apartment owners can make a return.
There's a few unit sizes available. The most expensive one in this video is USD $439,000, but I also show you a few smaller / cheaper ones too. Whatever you choose, if you don't want to live there full-time you can have the management company list your apartment on platforms like Expedia and Booking.com, and they will take care of everything for a % of the rental income.
