Yknow, a lot of people don't realise why updates actually take forever. The devs aren't slow. They just don't organize their goals well. They wanted building, the wild seas, the Halloween event alluded to another game they scrapped (which was a melee based medieval game), there is progression, train update, gamepass update, wildlife update, events, robbery overhaul, ui overhaul, and probably more. The devs simply work on something for a bit, postpone, or scrap it. Then, move on to another idea, cycle repeats.
That, and the fact they have a very limited number of devs that aren't full-time workers on the projects, they really have been suffering ever since Sky left the team
@SlinkyConsumption they also had problems with getting doxxed. Sky was doxxed, and multiple other team members left afterward. At least from what I've heard. I came to the game a tad bit late, so I haven't seen the full story.
Lets just hope that the expecations that we put on the game comes even better when they release the progression updates or even regular updates in the game. Amazing vid Equinox.
Bro fr, they litteraly said it has been basically done a few months ago, think they might just release it after everyone is in school again to slow the grind and keep kids occupied for longer giving them more time to take on the next update.

I’ve been in a game with a developer using it, so it’s definitely modeled and has animations and everything. Guess they are just waiting for the right time to release it
equinox if u remember marlin shotgun is already made with animation and stuff it already in the game just unobtainable in the christmas update 2021 the snowmans had it and the former developer sky also used the upgraded version of this i think it might/could be added in the update high chances
Kinda sad to see we may not get the shotgun. Considering the time period of in the game it would make some sense. Considering that the game is basically based off of rdr2. Edit: maybe we won’t get the shotgun
They added 1. Spitfire 2. Car parts 3. A DeLorean from back to the future 4. The prototype 5. A skeleton horse 6. A wendigo horse 7. Glowing guns Yeah, it won't matter, lol. Also, they consider 1865-1912 to be the scope of the game.
This is cool and all but I I don’t believe they will release anything this summer. They have been dead silent for a while now and September is just 20 days away. Watch is they come with some excuse. I’ve waited to god damn long for this and I’m officially out of patience. If they even release a fraction of the stuff they promised us I will be surprised. Point is they have let us down before, what’s to stop em from doing it again. Edit: sorry for my little outburst I guess I got carried away. I’m just them to release nothing I’m sorry.
Honestly same. They bit off more than they could chew. They literally have like 10 updates either postponed or currently bring worked on, and two scrapped/postponed games. This situation is entirely their fault. They could have building by now if they didn't stop midway for other updates, and other games.
They seem to be getting their act together to some degree, so I would be very surprised if we don’t see this update by the end of the year. Edit: think that message saying it may be coming in summer was more of a hope then a fact.

I feel bad for the devs they are constanly getting BOMBARDED to hurry up the updates Personaly i think they should work on the Progression first then set a Goal on another update like the Wildlife a Organize it to decide Witch Updates get worked on. Also Are you ever gonna do a Spit give away or challeng for one im grinding and i am almost to 200k so ima get to 300k-400k and see if i can get one.
