Nice review. I own a second generation A1. I for the most part agree with your opinion. I love the clarity and accuracy of the music and i'm planning to add a second to pair in stereo. Music is subjective I know, but I absolutely love the sound coming from this small speaker. It being a B&O speaker has nothing to do with my opinion, just that amazing sound.
I have quite a bit of Bang and Olufsen stuff from Bluetooth to multi room to classic cd plus turntable and Beolabs B n O is expensive however it’s built with premium materials and their products sound fantastic I know of people myself included who use B n O products from the 60s 70s 80s and 90s All working beautifully to this day B n O us built to sound great, look fantastic and to last a lifetime. Therefore I believe it’s worth the cost ,
Very nicely reviewed... Thanks a lot for the mic and sound test, I really liked how it sounded... Do review the B&O Beolit 20 if you get the chance to get your hands on it. I've been keen to buy it over the Harmon Kardon, JBL and Sony speakers but don't find a lot of reviews on it
I have a pair of Bose Revolve speakers which I listen to in stereo mode. The sound is terrific but these speakers have one very irritating feature. They topple over very easily and being round they roll around and regularly fall off the table. Also they are USB C which is another negative. I find these B&O speakers very appealing. How do they sound in stereo mode when paired?
I have gen 1 for 4-5 years, too bad it can’t stereo pair with the gen2. And what I don’t like for the gen 2 is there is no aux input. But none the less, it’s an amazing little speaker with big sound. 🥳
What's the best outdoor/waterproof speaker in small form factor that also has speakerphone capability? I'm stuck between this B&O, the Sony XB13, and the Marshallen Willen.
I appreciate the review. The only real problem I have with it is the fact you assume, when you haven’t heard it, that the charge 3 has comparable sound quality. It’s a bit of a problem when you review stuff you have never thoroughly compared based on technology that isn’t outdated by a few years. Just my thoughts.
I just bought two for the price of one (for stereo sound) today. I hope it is worth it, since they're new, but at the same time a couple of years old. 🙄 Gen 3 might be around the corner. 🤷
You are fool, you don't know jbl is iconic audio brand. You know why jbl company is World famous brand. Do you know over 75 years jbl is sound clarity expert like jbl , sony Marshall , harmankardon etc are all iconic brand . Jbl is luxury brand an it is concert venue the whole world. You don't know what is brand name Is specially
Bro, chill. And first of all, Bang and Olufsen has been in the market for about a century now (1925) and JBL since 1946, so, considering that you posted this in 2021, its for 75 years and not over. Second, your grammar needs improvement. Third, JBL is *not* a luxury brand and its used in concerts 'cause of it low budget compared to *actual* luxury brands like B&O and Bose. And last, if you see JBL's compact portable speaker, which is cheap compared to this one, it has a very average sound performance and can only fill a room, and if you see B&O's, it's 12 times louder! If you have the money to spend, B&O is clearly better. And here's a fun fact: Luxury car companies like Bentley and Rolls Royce, use B&O speakers. Have a great day ahead!
Haaa😄😂 you know ha what is sound quality, then tell me why jbl l100 classic loudspeaker one of the finest and most iconic loudspeaker in audio history. Harman luxury audio group. 5 prestigious brands, jbl synthesis, mark levinson, revel lexicon and arcam come together to offer the most advanced high performance audio system available in planet right now😎😎😎😎😎 . May be you know jbl speaker use in faraari the super car model and now they have partnership whith Toyota
@@sohansarma6116 You're either of the following: 1. JBL employee 2. A child who received a JBL speaker for his birthday 3. An Audio product salesman who doesn't cover B&O products so has to support other audio companies like JBL 4. You parent/s work for JBL 5. You are a B&O hater 6. A person who wants to buy a B&O speaker but cannot so continues with insulting/spreading hate about it *if you found this insulting, then I truly do not apologise as this was its purpose. Now, don't have a great day, have a good one.
@@FourgonLeGrand I am sorry for this argument 😅 , I absolutely support bang and olfson for there quality sound and quality brand I know, but you mention in this video that jbl speaker are chep sound quality , 🙁🙁😕😕 jbl is reputed brand they own harman international ,by the way l am not a jbl employees, 😇
