I’m from Greece but moved to the Uk in 1991, I too kiss the beautiful seaside and the pine trees that go right down to the beaches. But in Greece, like most people, I was living in an apartment, a very big and nice apartment but it wasn’t a house with its own garden ,it had very little green around the blocks of flat. Much as I love the beaches in Greece, my financial situation wouldn’t allow me a little house with a garden or yard, near the sea. And I find living in apartments noisy, and stressful. I live in Yorkshire and my little garden is lovely to relax in, when the weather is good of course (!), and our nearby local woods are great for dog walks too.

Life Balance is so hard to achieve- one needs to firstly know what they want, then how to attain it. The difficulties are the curve balls that "life" throws at you that tries to alter your goal. This is the part where most people fail, they get caught up in "life" or what western ideals dictate to us life is and as such the goal is often lost. This is a cycle that many can't break out of and end up negative, depressed and dependent. I am a few years older than you and working to similar goals, whilst I can retire now, I still have very young kids that depend on my wife and I....My work life balance is not 50:50, probably 70:30 in favour of work, it is a means to an end a design for want of a better word to get to my goal.. Once my kids are independent and on their own life journey- I relocate to my holiday home where I can enjoy my walks, the ocean, the sunny sky and the gorgeous amenities that this lifestyle permits! I just got to the point of your video where you use the term "life by design", what a beautiful term!

It is very encouraging to hear you have the same thoughts. Quick question - i saw at Παναγιώτης shop that αυγά ημέρα are 25 cents for 1. Do you know if they are organic and free range?
