Q&A Why does the mind constantly create stories? -The mind creates stories as a way to interpret and make sense of the world. It gives a sense of identity and control, but these stories are not true representations of reality. Can we trust our thoughts and beliefs? -While thoughts and beliefs can be useful tools, we should not blindly trust them. They are subjective and influenced by our conditioning and past experiences. What is the direct experience? -The direct experience is experiencing reality without the filter of the mind's stories. It is being fully present in the moment and aware of the sensations, emotions, and surroundings. How can we step out of the mind? -Stepping out of the mind requires awareness and observation. By recognizing and questioning the stories the mind creates, we can detach from them and connect with the direct experience. What is the purpose of awakening? -Awakening is the realization of our true nature and the interconnectedness of everything. It brings deep peace, freedom from suffering, and a profound sense of unity with all of existence.

Wonderful. I end up watching videos the same way. I just got done with probably my 5oth time with a video on simulation theory. Everytime I grasp something new. Glad it has the same effect here.

Beautiful ! Thank you to this channel ! Just a side note - it is ironic that the Self is thanking the Self ! 😂 Right now who is talking and who is listening ? This is so funny. I can’t stop laughing because the answer was right in front of me and I was looking everywhere. There is no way to be lost. Impossible ! The Self wins no matter what you do or don’t do. I just cannot put into words this “direct experience”. You just have to BE. Words help in the beginning but eventually words (mind) have/has to be dropped like a hot potato. So simple !!! It is even simpler than simple 😂. Time to celebrate 🎉 Self loves the Self ❤ right now ! Who is everyone now ? Everyone is Self only.
