Ah James, I have missed you. Thank you so much for sharing your struggles and your joy. My heart is so happy for you .. that you have found this great love with Emily. Eccelesastes 4:9-12. Two are better than one and a cord of three strands is not quickly broken. You have come soo far and there is no doubt in my mind that you will reach your goals. Jaaaaaames! Whaddup dude! It's so good to see you making videos again! I'm so glad you had such a great year for growth, in spite of difficulties - that is where we truly see what we're made of. I'm super happy for you with your newfound confidence and mindset - also for your new relationship! It's funny, watching the video at first I was like "Hm... is she friend? Or girl-friend? I can't tell!" But in all honesty I think that's a clear sign that from even just the small amount I saw, you guys have a friendship, and a relationship. And I gotta tell you - thats the absolute best kind to have. Keep up your goals my dude, weight loss will come in time, but finding out more about who you are and what makes you happy - what drives you in life - is more important than any number on a scale.

Aight I'm only halfway through the video but I must comment: 1) Seeing the highlights and all the things that made last year good for you was such a wonderful segment. The videography and editing was top notch!! 2) Despite the no weight loss, maintaining a steady weight is such a huge accomplishment, especially when it's over a year long period. Aight, enough commenting. Back to watching 😅.
