Hey Ash, Thailand is fabulous....try getting a few cooking courses in (not that you need it) if you can, it's amazing to see the little nuances that make their food special. Also, if you have the time, try a day or two at Koh Samui or Koh Samet, the beach huts are special. Have fun, girl !!!
