I thought eventually both fluid sources would run and the splitter in the center would alternate between the two.

Hi there Jose! I am glad you liked it! At the moment I am working quite hard to make new content so stay tuned! All these simulations are created in the free program Blender. It can be downloaded at blender.org. Enjoy!
