Heat the oil in a saucepan . Add chopped Ginger garlic and chopped tomatoes in it and leave. Add salt n crushed red pepper mix well n fry two or three mnt. Add boiled n tendered meat in it when the gravy formed add crushed cumin n coriander seeds. Add dried maithi and green chillies. Mix well n keep on dum. Place a piece of ablaze coal on a piece of onion. Drop a few drop of oil on coal wait until cola smoke spread over karahi. Remove the coal n piece of onion. koila karahi ready to eat
