I come from 3 generations of work -from-homers. My grandfather's construction business was in a small building in the backyard with a connecting walkway (great for playing hopscotch when you're a kid). My father's insurance business was in their dining room due to my father's health issues and allowed him to work, but rest some of the time. Finally, my website design business was in a spare bedroom as well as being mobile. I found that seatbelts were great for containing laptops, scanners, and other equipment when driving to medical sessions to make the best use of my time. I still have boxes of items to sort out and archive for my family history, but I am also dealing with my own health issues now, which can be exhausting. However, when things are scheduled, they usually get done.
Please do a video on how to take our paper digital. Great video! There are many days I walk into my office then turn around and walk back out, LOL! Starting to declutter so that doesn't happen any longer. Some good tips, thanks.
Me too! There are times when I needed to and sometimes still do have to send power of attorney documents. I did it the hard way because I didn't have the correct knowledge of digital storage and sending
My office is the surplus/staging area for anything in the house without a home. I'm going to work on decluttering it right now! Thanks for the motivation!
Melissa I'm a decade long subscriber and first THANKYOU second I'd never imagine your office like this. In my imagination I had a classic, chic grey-ish version of it LOL. I'd like to see more of it and this light colored side of you here.
Digitizing the paper clutter info, please. As far as getting rid of my books goes, I did that for the last time seven years ago and will never do it again. I’ll put up more shelves or even put some subjects in bins in the garage. Cookbooks, sure - I’ll scan recipes and then part with the physical books, but that’s where it ends.
I'm glad you made this video, it reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home, honest wife, $75k biweekly and a good daughter full of love ❤️
Hello, how do you achieve such biweekly returns? As a single parent i haven't been able to get my own house due to financial struggles, but my faith in God remains strong.
I raised 75k and Christina Ann Tucker is to be thanked. I got my self my dream car 🚗 just last weekend, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York and saw me suffering in dept then told me about her and how to change my life through her. Christina A. Tucker is the kind of person one needs in his or her life! I got a home, a good wife, and a beautiful daughter. Note: this is not a promotion but me trying to make a point that no matter what happens, always have faith and keep living!
How to declutter a filing cabinet with important papers? court Info, Tax records, Guardianship, Medical, AARP letters, Social Security, Department of Human Services, and other important papers.
I tried working from home during the pandemic and I absolutely hated it. It was no longer "working home", but instead it became "living at work". I would sit and watch TV at night but then see the stuff that I still need to do and ended up working until very late. I could not separate my work and life. So I'd much rather go into the office and have work nowhere near my living space.
I actually work harder & longer at home then I ever did in the office so it angers me when I see all of the articles saying people working at home do less & sleeping or doing chores instead of working maybe their are some but I believe the majority would say they work more and not less.
