The Plaintiff is one smart lady in how she documented those loans and not giving him the chance to use any of that child support money on himself. It was very obvious that the Defendant had no intentions of ever paying any of it back. He couldn't even remember how much he had manipulated out of her. And I'm not too sure that the story about the Plaintiff being celibate for 8 years is true. A little too far fetched for me to believe.

If I had my way there would be no bailouts for women that come later on. Make a better decision in who you get involved with in the beginning but there would be no bailouts later on.
