Jack, I appreciate you and I don’t want to force my opinion on you so I will just say this: keep researching what cheese is and how cheese (milk) is really made. I know that it is not “humans and animals working together” and it for sure is not “the planet, animals and humans working together”. Please keep looking.
Philipp Inreiter (the guy in the video) and I grew up in the same region. It's a rural town in Austria with 5000 residents. We don't know each other (as far as I know) but this is just so weird seeing him on a random video on the internet, what a coincidence!
