Happy birthday mate. I also ran 25k on my 25th birthday this year. Best way to start the day! On my run i saw a funeral going on. It’s all temporary. Makes you appreciate the time you have spent and just be grateful for being alive. Life is a celebration.

hey Jack - well done, that's so fantastic! A lot of thought went into that & it's great how you made it more meaningful with your 30 lessons. Love the bench ending. Really enjoyed this video & will get back to watching the future videos. Also: great that you're motivated & push yourself to do this challenge. Have you been more active in the lockdown year than right before? I was determined not to gain weight in lockdown. Since May 1st (when I got bathroom scales) I've lost 41lbs which is 20% of my original weight. I'm just over 20 years older than you, female & 5ft 10". Not a runner because of neck, rib & spinal injuries from volunteering in Bosnia (best & worst 23 months of my life at the same time) years ago but I walk my miles (not 30 at a time!) & still make it count.
