Amazing views all along the trip. 2/3 of colombia are mountains and the landscape is something to enjoy. You show the country as most don't know it. Congrats.!

6:00 never thought about it before, but I haven't seen sunflowers (giraflores) very often in Colombia! From what I recall about Gramalote, it wasn't a conventional landslide, it was subsidence underground which destroyed all of the structures. It must have made a lot of noise from what that person told you, but it wasn't a Mocoa-like situation.
No, sunflowers are not so common in Colombia. Thats why I had to stop and take a photo there.... And yes, Mocoa was different and it was much much worse! In Gramalote thankfully nobody died.
