Explore France in The Sims 3 World Adventures! 

I love the representation of France in this EP of The Sims 3.

My sim's favorite place is France. She and I absolutely love the cafe! I think I want her to learn how to make french treats! :)

i still love how they used that one song from The Sims Makin' Magic as one of the French Songs. good throwback for us Sim Fans.

i definitely agree, EA should be putting more sims on one lot, and throughout the city. Even in bridegport it looks like its some sort of ghost town.Thumbs up so EA can see ( even though i think they will just ignore me )

7 years ago... Gosh, I remember being 7 playing these, too bad I lost my disc but I still have the package aha.

fun fact: la tour eiffel is not in a middle of a field but in the middle of one of the biggest european metropoles and the biggest avenue crosses it. nearby there is a park indeed, le jardin des tuileries, but it is rather an urban park. just saying lol

they should make a sims 3 EP that lets your sims do magic.like kids could do little performances and adults could do ,uch more powerful things like turn other sims into animals and deplete and raise theirs and other sims motives

Ordered my copy of this today. Can't wait to trying it out. Heard you can get Holiday Homes in the 3 locations. If that is true, that'll be awesome. Totally going to have to buy a place in France.

I positively reckon they need all of these: City Life - (Were you become a fashion designer, go to big parties, walk around in the city, have cool as jobs like singer, actor, fashion designer etc.) Pets - ( Have a whole ton of new animals not just Cats, Dogs, Guinea Pigs & birds. Horses, Cows even! Possibly pet rocks! plus the game should also come with new traits and dishes) And all the old expansion packs, but with a Sims 3 Twist . . . (Comment will be continued)

yeah you can I've got it and you still play the sims3 before the download, but it gives you the choice to travel to these locations and do the advenrures then. You also get extra lifetime rewards and personality traits as well so I think it's worth it to buy it

@CandyLoveHearts25 I agree, I think they could have easily gone beyond 3 countries and could have even added 3 more! Mexico = jungles to explore, adventures in Mayan ruins, Mexican recipes for cooking skill Bahamas = beaches ro relax on, ancient Atlantean Ruins for exploration adventures, mixology recipes for Bahama Mama, Woohoo on the Beach, and others Switzerland = mountain hiking adventures, skiing as a sport, ice skating as a sport, chocolate pastry recipes for cooking skill

apartment life (for sims2) was sort of like making magic to me.

@TattooZaa For some of the France music it is from The Sims Makin Magic and in the Late Night Expansion Pack the elevator music used is The Sims 1` neighborhood and buy and build music.

They should have just made an expansion pack for the Sims 2 which improves the graphics slightly and gives you the abilities to do the stuff in the Sims 3, no freaking need to make a whole new game... (They did it for money, and it worked. But I'm still pissed off that they had to go on and make a whole new game after we had bought ALL of those expansion/stuff packs for the previous Sims series)

Yes, but new york is a city, and france is a country. For most french people, eiffel tower isnt that important. It is not paris that you visit in the sims 3, but france. So as a french girl that isnt parisian, im really satisfied of this representation of my country. And sorry for my bad english.

of course people play the sims in France it's a worldwide game. It's just the majority of simmers live in the UK or America. I think that they also chose France because it has a more laid back feel to it instead of the action of fighting and exploring. I think people would get bored otherwise if all they could do was explore tomb after tomb.

lol that sucks for you gerblandy, by next christmas they will probably have another expansion for the sims 3 also... maybe 2 more... so when you finally get world adventures you will probably have to wait again for the next expansion or 2 :P

I just noticed that u can't actually go to the eifel tower XD i kept seeing the same type of views but there wasn't any actual moment even bit close to the tower- but it still looks awesome .

I don't think they picked England as so many simmers live in England so It wouldn't really feel like an adventure. I agree that Australia would be good but I'm happy with the places they picked.

I bought a new computer a few months before the sims 3 came out. there aren't any seasons yet, but I still love the sism 3 ,BUT only when it works lol

I think NYC would haev been great too! the big city! The big apple!! It would be like The Sims + SimCity! But i am really happy with the cities they already picked so i'm fine :D!

nu-uh nothing beats the first sims. Although the graphics weren't polished, it's the very first sims and should get the credit, in my opinion.

(Comment continued) Heres a tip = Continue with all your old expansion packs, give it more stuff and fun things. AND DEFIANTLY . . Make it in the Sims 3 format! Remember, more expansion packs you make the more money you will take. (Yes, one of the random sayings a came up with in 2 seconds) I know they are hard work to make, but think about it! the better they are, the more customers you will get. customers = $MONEY$ -- TorzieGirl

they should do 1 expansion pack that has all the sims 2 things on like , seasons, pets , Open For business, university and so on ., i want university so bad for sims 3!

Oh, there are 2 cheats to see it (sorry, I forgot :D) So, go Build/Buy for a community lot, type TestingCheatsEnabled true and after that type buyDebug. Then go on Buy mode and you'll see a new... folder (sorry, I don't speak English very well :( ). This folder has "?" on it. CLick and you'll find some things about building tombs, some shops, fountains and... other stuff. Hope you find it :)!

Yes, I think there realy ISN'T Eiffel Tower in France, but if you go somewhere (like in the base camp) you will see it at the scenary. And you can buy it for community lots of course ;)

No, because it's not Paris, It's Champ Le Sims. You can see the Eiffel Tower though, but it's just decoration on the skyline :)

@L1lyK0 It'd be cool to see what they do with Australia. It's really funny to see what people think of your country, stereotypically. I mean you don't see kangaroos and koalas on the street every day (well, I see kangaroos but that's cos I live on acreage) but yeah... it's just weird. Australia would be cool :)
