Love the home. I would think about taking down the back fence if it’s permitted to do so. We are mandated block walls where I live.

@@susancornishrealtor1485 There are 14 pages of requirements in the town regulations. I am guessing that someone didn’t want rotting wooden fences, but, I am not sure. I live in SoCal.

Transform Real Estate RU-vid channel is rehabbing an Eichler Style home in Northern California and is asking for advice. As a real estate investor, she needs guidance on this project. PLEASE contact her! Thank you! Don’t get me started on the beautiful Eichler a real estate investor is tearing down in Miami because it’s old. Beautiful home!

Also check out interior designer Dani Klaric’s channel to see videos and shorts of the MCM home she was forced to leave, about 3 months ago, because the owner wants to tear it down to build a new home. He said the MCM can’t sell in the Miami market. Why that home isn’t protected is beyond me.
