My wife and I stayed there in 2016, Lagoon cottage as well. We absolutely loved it and were there for a week. We’re going back for our 10th anniversary.
Really wish I had seen this before I booked my trip! I mentioned in your GeeJam video that I was considering Golden Eye but was on the fence. Oh well, I'm pretty sure this won't be my last time visiting Jamaica so I'll have to stay here next time assuming I can find a good deal... I love your videos btw! And as I mentioned in another comment, your videos are how I found Radhoo in Tulum which we loved. I highly recommend you check out Alaya in Tulum which is basically our fav hotel in the world - I'm sure that's due in large part to us always having a great time there along with nostalgia... Also, since you seem to cover all of our favourite places in the world, it'd be cool if you did Greece next. Highly recommend Milos and Folegandros!
It is a bit too far for me to go to Jamaica,..but the good news is James Bond Island is here in Thailand between Phuket and Krabi on the Andaman Sea . With scenes from the MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN, JBI IS ABOUT 7 acres and is suitable for day trips only. It also hosts veranus water monitors, they are only sightly smaller than Komodo dragons with the big ones almost 9 feet long. Their tail is like a bullwhip, their claws are longer than my fingers,.. and their teeth are razor sharp and contain a toxin. The rarely approach humans but they are fast enough to catch deer.
