OK, They are not coming back for that stuff. I might have backed my truck to the door for the free standing punching & kicking bags. They aren't real cheap. Good thing I don't explore. Alot of money left in that place, they should at least give it away if they don't want to sell it. OK. I'm done on the waste subject. Really big place, must have been impressive when it was new. Great job on the video. Enjoyed it alot.

Thanks for watching! It was awesome to see this how it was. According to our contact, this place was completely intact a few months prior. The equipment that was left was absolutely incredible!!

what amazes me in these places that the power is still on crazy did they have any of there sound systems left.Thats how a buddy of mine found a good pair of speakers and amps in a place like this

Wow, interesting video, This place looks huge - like an old Vic Tanny's or something. Funny it has power and water in some parts. Are all the places you film in the Detroit area or Michigan? I from Detroit and love the city, don't live down there now, but your videos are fascinating to me. Good job!

Appreciate your support, it means a lot to us. This place was in Michigan a bit outside of Metro Detroit. It was wild to see it in such good shape. The size of it was crazy for a gym. I thought the old workout equipment was a real trip.

Wow a place not totally trashed after 5 years. I don't know what speed you had that fan on but I can tell you on high...don't have any loose items hanging around.

In a factory where I ran maintenance ours had 3 speeds...on low it would blow you out the door...on high it would take your hair off but boy you had a breeze to cool off.

J Vatell this place has a lot of traffic around it. It also shares a parking lot with a 24 hour restaurant. I’m not sure how they were even able to get in unnoticed lol. It’d be a dumb move to try and loot the place. Probably why so much stuff is still left there.

Absolutely abandoned. Water was only partially on, half of the electricity was out and there were signs in places saying it was closing up. It's also overgrown all the way around, practically blended in.
