New Subscriber here, though I've been watching your channel for a while. I always love the properties you guys feature, but more than that, it's a joy to experience your enthusiasm and sense of wonder as you tour through a property. Lovely couple you two make! We are in the early stages of getting our ducks in a row in preparation for our move to Italy, so the content you provide is invaluable! LovePeace&Light!
Thanks for subscribing. We really appreciate it! And thank you for your positive comments We haven't done too much with regard to property tours but keep watching as you never know we might add some more, in particular a renovation we are just finishing in the historic centre of the charming city of Sulmona. Our main focus is exploring the stunning region of Abruzzo which we hope you are considering as a potential future home. Please take a look at our other channel too @palazzosanbenedetto where we are renovating a medieval palazzo. 😊
Thank you! It is really stunning. Very tastefully done, a perfect location, amazing views, fabulous value for money... yep we think it will move quickly.
We know of plenty but it really depends on where you are interested in Abruzzo as it's such a diverse region. If you are coming over for a visit then get in touch and we can organise an itinerary for you.
They used to have the same in Popoli where we live. It was a shock the first time we heard it. It's now been decommissioned for a few years here which is preferable!
We know the owner of this property and have stayed in this house. It’s even lovelier in person, the cantina and stone wall in the downstairs living area are just beautiful, and the bedrooms are nice and big. The owner has given this house a lot of care and love over many years, it really shows. Capestrano is a gorgeous hilltop town, we loved it.
That would be something you'd need to ask the proprietor or whoever carries out your structural survey. We are not heating experts so could not and would not even dare to try and calculate the heating efficiency. However, we did notice that all windows appeared to have double glazing which would help of course.
@@wayneevans5050 we have very different heating systems: for our holiday rental in Sulmona we have a hybrid gas/heat pump system, we are looking at a woodchip system for our @palazzosanbenedetto project and in our rental that we live in in Popoli a very old fashioned heating system from the 80s/90s. The best thing would be to ask a heating engineer to give you a report if you are interested. We can certainly put you in touch with a specialist.
