Exploring an ABANDONED House with an AWESOME Bathroom 

I've driven past this abandoned house a few times in the last 2 years while driving to and from astrophotography destinations. I never gave it much thought, it didn't look like much and being right at a major intersection it was probably not very interesting. Then, a few months ago my friend @s0s1nc3r3 posted photos of a really cool bathroom in an abandoned house, it turns out that it was THIS house! The house is actually pretty nice. I like the layout and the wood framing in the doorways and windows downstairs. You are right about that bathroom. I love it!

Awesome bathroom! I used to vote at an old farm house in a room that had a black and white checkered floor. I've always really liked that style.

Interesting house in such a prominent location. I like how you showed off the crooked windows. It looks cool, but also as if they were going to come crashing down. Yes, unique bathroom. And this video shows another reason why people need to watch until the end. You just never know if you're going to clone yourself, show off a fancy flashlight or chill in a bathtub.

The porch is crooked do to it was hit by a vehicle that tried to miss an accident that happened at the intersection in front of the house a few yrs ago. Nice house.

Hi Dave, I like this house but the that room with the red paint was kind of ugly. As for the crooked porch someone told us what happened in the comments below. I was believing it was made like that. I know you love the bathroom and it was awesomely cool. The black and white is very attractive. As you said too bad they took the shower curtain. It was a short but interesting video. I like the sun room with all the windows and the other room that had the big windows. The bathroom is pretty cool. You must be a big dude, you made the tub seem smaller when you were in it. I need to check out your astrophotography. Thats the sky right? I've always wanted to see the northern lights in person but haven't. U R so cool. Drummer and photographer. ✌🏻

That bathroom is gorgeous

The grate on the floor of the upstairs bedroom wasn't for the stove pipe though I could why you would think that. It was for heat to travel through the openings in the grate to help heat the upstairs. No doubt from a wood stove on the first floor originally. The upstairs bath is quite something to be sure but for me, I would rather it be the original.

Hey Dave. Nice little explore here. Don't see bathrooms like that black and white checkered one every day. Wow! Fantastic. Thought your foot went through the ice. Glad it didn't. Other bathroom had the weirdest set up. I wouldn't have a window that big in the bathroom. Just weird. Awesome Dave. I like the enthusiasm. It's cute.

I think the best feature of this house is the bathroom! I like the house the wood work and the crooked windows makes this house very unique, the only down fall was the basement too bad it was flooded. : )

Nice wood doors and hardwood floors. The master bedroom looks more like a nice living room/dining room. Have to laugh, you showed us how much the house is leaning but the bathtub has something under it to level it out so it must have been on the lean for quite a while.

My mom had a checkerboard bathroom with a pedalstal sink, but no claw foot tub. Kitchen floor was checkerboard too.

Hi there Dave great video. The house was amazing find. You can tell the house is leaning. Did notice the ceiling lamp in the dining room. it too was leaning LoL. But anyway great video tho. The bathroom reminds me of a fast food restaurant here in Ohio where I live. It's called Rally's. It has the same pattern just like the bathroom. Black and white on the building. My parents' house in SW Ontario had the exact same checkered floor in the bathroom! Sadly they renovated it a few years back and it's gone now.

It is true that this bathroom is simply awesome. But I would have been the owner, I would have gone even further by putting a huge mirror on the ceiling or on a whole section of wall above the tiles.

This house is amazing. I call this place the “Crooked Window House”. Too bad it got hit by a darn car. I have seen photos posted of this house before and you know what that bathroom is an inspiration for my bathroom renovation project. We are seriously thinking of doing that tile pattern. We got the claw tub already. Again another great explore. Big Hugs from Alberta
