I remember buying a Sony tv for a great price at a Tampa, FL, K-mart in 2008. A few months later, it closed. It seemed like it always had plenty of customers, but I guess it had too much competition. There was a Target and Walmart (among many other stores) close by.

If you count the US territories then there's 9 total left of the US division. 4 in the US Virgin Islands, and 1 each in Guam and Puerto Rico. Plus of course the 3 in the US mainland.
