I had this location pin 50-50 but someone went to it not long ago and confirmed it was the same location and it was very small from the outside looking at the main house but the scale of the building went on for quite a long time there is about nearly 30 or 40 bedrooms that was for the residents who live there but there is quite a lot of remains from homeless people living in the property and there is also power still on inside the care home

Replacement nursing home to replace flood-hit facility
Plans to demolish and rebuild an old nursing home abandoned after it flooded several times have been approved by Borough Council.
The care home, has been stood empty since firefighters used boats to rescue the elderly residents from flood water on Christmas Eve 2013.
Now it will be replaced with a part two-storey, part three-storey 60-bed nursing home with 23 parking spaces.
At a meeting of the planning committee, members gave the thumbs-up to the application but asked for screening to be included round a balcony which would overlook a neighbouring house
