Evviva Bari ❤️
Great video, loved the basilica, the marble, the carvings and archways and of course that amazing ceiling. What a beautiful church to get married in. Bari looks like a pretty place to visit, your both very lucky to explore and take us on these adventures you’re having to different little villages and towns that would probably be overlooked. Stay safe, miss you both, love you, mum.xx ❤️❤️
@@JordanandEmily I know, it’s very frustrating, I accidentally closed the tab that I used all the time to watch your video’s and it was in order & I knew where I was up to but when I signed in again it’s all different & mixed up now, so I just have to watch it out of order as I don’t know how to fix it…..lol 🙁
My parents are from the Puglia region and I remember as a kid getting panzerotti from a little stall that just came out of the oil for less than 1 euro. They are not the same reheated. Thanks for sharing :)
Completely understand this! We only just watched a video about our hometown the other day and seeing it through fresh eyes made us appreciate it so much more 😍 We loved Bari though! Great few days exploring your amazing city
I lived in Bari for 3 months. I used to love Casa di Focaccia near the main train station. Bari has some of the best focaccia and mozzarella. Their chocolate bread is great too.
Lol the best thing about being an adult is that you can have brownie for breakfast and no one can stop you... the worst thing about being an adult is that you can have brownie for breakfast and none can stop you😂🤤 Yeah that tourist/local line setup sounds rather dysfunctional.
No tourist is treated well when he knows nothing of the local language and has to point to what he wants. I've never had a single bad experience in Italy, and Bari and the surrounding area are amazing.
we've always found people are super understanding and happy to help when we don't know the local language! If we need to know every language before we travelled somewhere we wouldn't get to see so many amazing things ☺️
@@JordanandEmily OK, but I saw a comment from a Bari resident who explained the queues at that bakery, a problem that you certainly wouldn't have if you knew something of the local language. If you don't know the language, better use a guide to avoid these misunderstandings. Don't assume that "everyone understands English".
You have to understand that they take care of locals before tourists because locals will go back, you won’t. So stop the whine and get in line like everyone else. From an Italian in America for 50 years who still does not understand your sense of entitlement.
