I just discovered all’Assassina last week and had to make it immediately 😆. It’s was great and have now been looking at different versions. I like this one I will be doing a tuna or salmon. Might even add some herbs or wine

Vivo in Germania..ai confini con la Svizzera. Figlia di emigranti del Sud. I enjoyed the video! Never been to Bari but I've visited Italy many times since 1979! I never saw a burnt pasta dish like that! My only complaint is that it would have been more professional to have subtitled the various dishes with the price😢 Happy New Year, 2024 from Miami, FL! ABONDANZA

Que delicioso se ve todo, que alguien se coma un espagueti por mi por favor de los amigos del restaurante, se me antojo y esos tacos de queso deliciosos, hay un postre que hicieron en un frasco o se ve delicioso, que rico 😋. Probabilmente buono, perche ho provato cualcosa simile in Assisi, anche: sempre facevo spaghetti del giorno primo(al dente) y lo messo nella padella per saltare, dopo metevo il sugo di pompdoro per esempio: ma il spaghetti in Assisi nuna dimentico! Anche Spahetta Alfredo in Roma fanno con parmigiano sciolto, anche duello pasta fanno senza seguire le regole, ma e molto buono! Salve

questi spaghetti sono molto diversi perche' sono cotti direttamente in padella e l'amido non si disperde, quindi hanno anche un gusto diverso dagli spaghetti saltati del giorno prima
