Hi, yes you need at least an ICC (international certificate of competence). Most countries issue their own motor boating license and then you request the internationally accepted certificate.
@@TheOlivermasterson The 29ft is ideal for just one couple, for our family of 3 it's a little bit cramped. Meanwhile we learned that 35-40ft is perfect for us :-)
