As an owner of the Destroyer Server, saw the amount of player today…feels like hitting a lottery.. and Thank you to bought lot of people on! And you are more than welcome to come back and try out our admin made nightmare raid base…and thank you all rust players! RUST FOR LIFE!🎉
Brit legit reading the rules of the very first server, then immediately breaking them is par for the course. And Brit remembering his backpack is honestly the equivalent of winning the lottery at this point.
Hey Brit thanks for visiting our Terminus server. You should definitely do a full wipe there. We use custom maps with custom monuments on all 4 of our servers, but Term is very unique with no crafting.
Maybe optimize ur servers tho it's horrible recently, I got a new pc 4060 32 ram i7 12700 and only 55-60 fps on medium? Lol I had same fps on a 3050 laptop with 16gb of ram it's kind of a joke need to stop overdoing it with assets even brit was dropping frames lol, maybe a nice server optimization will be better
I'm really excited to try your server when You make it. A lot of them seem very broken or just pointless. Either the zombies are far and few between or the gather rates are so high it's just not fun to play. Also you get to a point that the raid bases are the same five or six rotation. We need a PVE zombie server that is vanilla style, challenging POIs, and an in-depth economy. Even the highest player count zombie servers still feel like they are missing something. I started following you today hopefully I can catch a video when you launch your server Good luck.
There were some PvE servers I used to play cause well, I'm still trying to learn and fully understand somethings in the game but they changed so much stuff and the last time you had to pay with scrap through the TC to be able to upgrade your base from twig, to wood, to stone etc, it was really dumb cause that server was fun but I feel like they killed their own server. Anyways this was another classic Brit video!! Thanks for the laughs like always.
@helium5912 I'll have to look for it when I get home from work later tonight lol. Lately I've been on a couple facepunch servers to try and grind out some blueprints if I can
I enjoy the different types of servers you play. You're funny and don't seem to take it personally when not doing so good, but funny for us. I enjoyed watching Vertigo when he still played rust, just goofing around, then his RP on Red Dead got weird and a little dark. I also watch Enardo. You/we need a colab with Enardo on one of his crazy servers. Still waiting for you to get 3 others and do the ultimate base defense against an entire server. Yes, full wipe on the zombie server and the world map one. Alone or with some collaboration.
Note to self...... Don't watch Brit play random PVE servers while laying in bed before going to sleep. That fudging bear literally made me jump, which also scared my cat and I now have flesh missing. 😂
Zombielands servers have given me easily over a thousand hours of gameplay alone and I've still not even finished half of their content. It's absolutely worth playing a full wipe and trying to run as much custom content of theirs as you can. The community are generally the type of people to drop what they were doing to come and help you, and I can firmly say the staff team's support and dedication to the players is unrivalled by any other PvE server.
3:55, PVE in most cases is the Light Version... Like "Rust Light" because you dont have to worry about every Tom, Dork, and Harry Griefing your base while your offline. you do still have to worry though about the Upkeep Disolving your base though.
Hey Brit, love your vids. I was wondering if you or any of the other subs remember a server where there were Genie Lamps that you collect from barrels, crates, and other lootables? Also, there was a underground Genie Lamp vending area, (Under Outpost) where you could trade the lamps in for other things, including, xp boosts. If anyone has ever played on this server and remembers the name please let me know. Thx
The amount of enjoyment you can obtain on a dead server like that is proportional to the amount of add ons they have. Zombies, Build add ons, Raidable bases with guards and traps. Roadside Scientists that will follow you to try and kill you if disturbed (much like zombies). Often with an expanded zone of control. Any really good PVE server will have tons of add ons to keep things interesting. They also feature a fully accessible crafting tree IE no chasing blue prints.
I'm pretty bad at combat, so I've tended to play empty or pve servers. I play rust like it's a mining, hunting, lumberjack sim. I like to play servers where the raid block is lifted if you don't log in for a few days. That way, if I have the time to return, I'll have a base to return to. But if I don't, someone can raid my base and enjoy my loot.
When I first started playing Rust many years ago I only played pve servers essentially to learn the game. Then I got addicted to only pve x2 - x100 Only hop on pvp servers to farm for a couple groups of friends.
Yes please do a full wipe on one of the zombie land servers they are one of the only ones doing almost everything correctly. They have one of the best communities on PvE zombie rust.
PVE servers take ALOT of work and money.😅 (Unlike vanilla) So many plug ins for a decent one. And some always break on force wipe. Because of updates and changes. Am surprised Brit is making one.😮 And also exited. Cant wait to play it
I did it to get used to the game but usually gets around 7 people and you still get raided. This one I was on had a 12 group D bags man I sweated to get them back and they got me bad ultimate betrayal on top of it. 6k low grade 100 and something rockets 20 C4 so many satchels plus a lot of components and so much more. I tried to get people to help get these guys back but nope nobody seemed to not care one bit
Played Zombieland few times , the hoards are brutal. I am surprised you don't concern yourself with bags for spawn, carry stuff you dont need and not making use of the backpak. I know youre just trying servers. Good times
terminus server isnt a dead they have multiple servers one of which youve already played on, theres terminus outbreak infection and utopia. i think the one youve played on was infection. pve servers are the best, i much prefer watching your pve videos !
The rust concepts pvx server is very fun, lots of plugins and free skins cool raid bases etc, I play it daily if you guys are looking for a server try joining it
I thought 1 player is actually just the server host so its actually 0 bc you can host a server on your computer but you need to be in the game for it to be up technically
Not all servers allow you to sell stuff, once crippled the economy on a server because i could sell 1 note for 10rp each and some servers dont even allow you to sell, only buy stuff
*main things to remember for any of the 4 ZL (Zombie land) servers*, yes there are 4, Terminus which was in this video No crafting NOT EVEN A BANDAGE lol outbreak & infection are both identical of each other they have pvp day on the last day of wipe (wipes are typically just over 9 days depending on FP forced wipes) with infection being the overflow server for when there is a long que to get in outbreak. Utopia still runs the same map as the others do during the wipe BUT there is NO PVP time (just the odd pvp raid base bubble) but like all the other servers it will have powerhour the last bit of time before server wipes (yes it says HOUR but it can start up to 3 hours early due to server owner & admins real life commitment's. * /info /kit /sethome /warp & YES 🤣 /BACKPACK 🤣 things wont drop when you die in the backpack (which can be bound to any key instructions in the /info under the getting started section). BUT ONE GOLDEN RULE FOR ALL ZL SERVERS Dont do to others what you wouldnt want done to you and NEVER BE RACIST you WILL GET muted or even banned. of and dont cry about zombies Blowing up your base :p
beware Low pop PVE servers with unhinged admins. I got banned from one for placing an autoturret, not realizing that even though it was a pve server they still had player damage enabled...
I'm slowly being convinced brit doesn't actually know how to play rust and he is the luckiest player alive no walls for the raid no use of backpack just no actual game knowledge but always comes out on top its unreal to see
