When you put on your sunglasses and look out the window, I know you're ready to reveal the spectacular scenery. My absolute favorite feature is the swimming pool. I'm sure night swimming is also ideal for gazing at all the lights and stars.
wow this mansion is amazing! but I don’t like the bedrooms with this weird bed frames. but the rest of the house is absolutely stunning! my favorite area is the kitchen and living room area, everything is so nice done, it’s chic but still cozy.
Beautiful home has everything you can desire and more, the one thing I did notice is the pool area is overlooked and that alone would put me off from buying. You would think paying nearly 10 million for a property you would get total privacy, well done again on the video you guys perfect in every way always puts a smile on my face and I thank you for that.
Stunning property! Would be great as an exclusive hotel. That garage would be a perfect dancefloor at night with the right club lighting actually. Very nice!

Another great design house,absolutely awesome and amazing house..the MANCAVE awesome but a little small..thanks to the gym being there and sauna..if I have a choice I get rid of them and replace it with a bigger cinema theatre room with a bar and put pool tables..

This house is magnificent. By the way, my favorite James Bond is Roger Moore. The mirrors throughout were tasteful. Also, my wife says she has a nice girl for Patrick, if he’s available.
Does the price tag include the furniture's or is it just staging, I think it's one of the things you should be letting viewers know. Beautiful house, can see myself living here with 3 Spanish angels. I hope they can fit into the bath. Lol. House is built for entertaining.👌👌

Ich muss mal wieder das Haar in der Suppe finden : von dem Haus links unterhalb kann man von deren Balkonen und Fenstern komplett in das Haus schauen. Wenn man im Masterbad in der Wanne sitzt oder eine Dusche nimmt, kann das aus dem anderen Haus gesehen werden. Bzgl. Billardtisch : wenn schon einen, dann bitte auch einen in Turnier/Standard Größe. Und es gibt mal wieder kein Arbeitszimmer/Büro. Der Weg vom grossen Tor Richtung Haustür kommt mir recht eng vor für ein normales Auto - aber da mag die Perspektive im Video Schuld dran sein. Aber man muss nachdem Tor im 90° Winkel abbiegen um dort hochzufahren. Naja, ob man das mit PKWs hinbekommt? Abgesehen davon ist es ein schönes Haus.
Very nice home, to bad its views are of the neighbors looking down into the home. I also think at this price point the interior doors are thin and look cheap.
I have watched this video of this property 10 times beautiful house but I still think it needs an office/ library and am wondering if I bought a property like this where would I create and office? Could the floor as you walk in through the front door be extended to the wall at the end to create an office/ library. That's what I would do

Hi Patrick :) I love the stash looking good. I am looking for a special home most of what I seen so far have been good homes but seems a lot of work to be done for my own taste. First I am looking for a place that has really good lighting going to where the car parks I am wanting a big kitchen because I like having a lot of people over I am not a small party lady, a huge living room and waiting spot ( that is the place in front of where you enter the home) I would like a movie room that is casual looking and not exactly like a theater and a pool room to play some balls. A small spa room for someone to work on my back and a place to do my hair or hair cut and a gym where I can lift weights and do yoga and two bars inside and one outside with the BBQ area. Along with a pool enough to lounge at and go for a swim and hot tub. The master bedroom I want the bedroom huge enough to have a hot tub in it not far from the bed but far enough that you are not going to trip over it. The bathroom must have a vanity in it with enough room to hold all my makeup and scented things and would love a skylight above the kitchen. The last thing I am looking for hello toilets ( these are toilets that open when you get near them) Sauna and steam and 2 or 3 powder rooms for guests and enough room in any place for at least 30 people if not more. I need a room for the fallowing: Maid, Butler, and four Guards. Although the ones you have shown has been very good homes that is what I am looking for in a home though there is more but that would have me hooked on a home :) Thank you Patrick you made my week :) xxx
Sensational home of course, As for giving it 10 out of 10 I tend to disagree… because considering this property is touching 10 Million Euros for that kind of money I would want a bit more privacy??? To be honest I’m getting a bit pissed off seeing all these great homes to provide us viewers to see because I CANNOT afford any of them ? Ha You mentioned in the video have you seen the latest James Bond movie ? There is still a vacancy but sadly you need to be English old boy. Finally I decided to put a photo of myself, As you can see, I’m a much older version of you and when I was younger I used to flick my fingers and the women came walking ? I have to be honest; not my favourite house. The plot is on a corner as you know. They have built 3 huge villas on a tiny piece of land going up a very steep incline I was surprised to be honest. The others are sold, I didn’t think anyone would buy any of them. That shows you something………I know, nothing!! Ha ha great video though but I won’t get my bank card out for this one.
