Really like the before and after gallery Steve, it's nice to see the development of an image through the full process. You are so right about taking the time to explore and not having expectations of getting an image out of it. I'm a huge advocate of revisiting spots to get a feel and get to know them, so know exactly the feeling you are describing midway through. Great vlog Steve. Happy New Year :)

Some cracking images Steve, had to look up your location on google earth! I reckon I've biked it to my parents at Sutton in Ashfield a few times down there, if it's the one that goes through the desert and Mansfield rugby club. Like the new format by the way👍
Thanks Scott, much appreciated 👍🏻 Yes you got it, Eakring Rd through Sherwood Pines 👌🏻 I ride myself and used to make up a 20-25mi circular route from home. I'd ride to the pines joining the Blue Route on the southern side, up to the car park for a breather then complete the Blue and return home a random way. Pines is a real challenging environment but it is giving up the odd surprise on foot too. Well worth a visit sometime 👍🏻 ATB
