Today we took a day trip to the holy city of Haridwar in Uttarkhand, India. This holy city and the banks of its ghat on the Ganga River known as Hari ki Pauri are one of four homes to the festival Kumbh Mela and are a pilgrimage site for millions of spiritual seekers from around the world. Jai Maa Ganga!

I had my first ganges bath in haridwar. The water was high,crystal clear and the current was so strong i had to keep a hold of the chain. I never realised the water could get so low there.

3 things are common with every foreign tourist in India - 1. Staring at you 😳 2. Gathering around you👭👬👬👫 3. And will not leave you until you didn't give them with a smiling selfie 😁🤳🏻. once in a year they close and divert the flow of Ganga Ji(river Ganges) for cleaning at Har ki pauri ghat.- usually 20-25 days. You have visited the place during that time that's why you were not be able to enjoy the beautiful and soothing view. Still Haridwar has those amazing vibes
