Nick and Helmi I feel you but the beach town nature of it makes it feel a lot different. And with the exception of the big Buddha, there aren’t that many people there :)
"Lived" is a strong word that I use because I was there for like 3 months lol. Definitely not just a week long trip but maybe I should use a different descriptor for my time there. But, I miss it so much! Happy New Year!
@@AnSEpisodes Yes! I was there in the middle of winter but that didn't stop me from having all season food! Everytime I walked in for bingsu the people working there were a little confused lol.
This was my favorite video so far. It was a meditation. The opening music is so beautiful and I could have starred at that shrine for 30 minutes. I love the slow pace and when you walked down the street at the end and the cafe waiter waved and the man waved. So lovely
I'm happy you enjoyed it! There are so many parts of these cities that are so different than we think. A lot of Kamakura feels like California since it is so close to the beach!

Luciana Borinato haha yes! I was supposed to get this out 3 weeks ago and then my computer broke! Such a hassle but I’m just happy none of my content disappeared! This coming year I definitely am looking to be more active on Facebook and I’ll definitely work to make my vlogs longer! I love that little pathway you walked down through the greenery, and the barista smiling as you walked by and the guy who waved to you toward the end. Kamakura looks like a nice escape from the ever-busy Tokyo.
