Nice video. It's also worth mentioning that there is an extensive Greenway path system in Maryville, just south of Knoxville in Blount County and they are adding on to it. I'm not sure if it connects directly to the Greenway in Knox County, I've only lived here 6 months.

Yes they have a wonderful greenway system also. Makes it easy to get out and enjoy these beautiful spring days

Just areas within neighborhoods where the homes are usually well governed by the same hoa or rules. A single builder would usually build new ones. Take a look at a couple of the videos on them and maybe it will help
