i've been going through your korea videos, and man you've really made me miss being in Korea I've decided i gotta get my act together, be financially independent, and get back there by late September thanks for sharing your adventures, Dan 🙏🏾
The country side seems so peaceful and the people are so friendly 💛 That makes me somehow happy^^. I want to learn more Korean to go there someday too.
Nice to see you in Korea again, although the India content was also good, but Korea is just somehow more your place. Oh, and it was so random to see you in the Marco Roams video in the Philippines. I've been following him for a while and suddenly you walk into his video too. It was fun to watch 😄
@@whereisdan Well, because I mostly watch Finnish RU-vidrs and only a few international traveller, it's hard to answer this ...But Adventure Elliot could be one. He is an American living in Spain. It could be fun to see you in Spain!
A great little vlog. Thanks for sharing and the slavery in Korea was something that I wasn't aware of. I certainly have to travel more around Korea. It would be wonderful if we could meet up one day on my travels in Korea and in fact I am visiting Gwangju this Saturday and have a day to travel and give a workshop for KOTESOL. Let me know if you fancy meeting up in the near future. 😊
Funnily enough, there is an old Korean poem called '섬' which is about people: 섬 - 정현증 사람들 사이에 섬이 있다. 그 섬에 가고 싶다. Enjoy, but I think the closest translation is "No man is an island".
@@whereisdanthank you, but what is there for someone who has lived in Korea twice and is also from the UK? I was hoping to meet up and share our collective wisdom regarding this side of the world, with us being both Brits. I am quite comfortable travelling this side of the world and happy to tag along or help where necessary. 😊
Lmao 🤣 😂 WTF mate ! Your Korean is better than my friend that lived there for 15years ! How many languages do you know Dan ? Great 👍 vlog ! Keep up the good work 😅
So…. Another great video… Question: Do you feel as comfortable as you look traveling in South Korea? It almost seems as though South Korea is your second home…… All the countries you have visited you are very confident, but In South Korea you fit in with the locals especially well…… Safe travels always…..☮️
섬 is a noun which means an island. 이 섬에서 살아요: I live on this island. But when you refers to a name of an island like the Island of Jeju, you add -do at the end of the name : 제주도
Dan, I must admit that I do like watching your videos to a certain extent. With all due respect, may I ask what are you really trying to achieve? Is it: 1. To explore new places and experiences. 2. To make lots of money on youtube. I can give ideas. 3. To travel the world on a shoe string budget. Thanks
@@VintageSecure Den is in shinan islands this video There are salt slave the disabled in shinan 7 years ago. He have been worked 30years. Chinese never work in shinan, too. Chinese know salt slaves in shinan. Maybe there are still slaves korean some islands now.
Human trafficking was present in Korea approximately 22 years ago, but it has since been eradicated. The new government has also successfully dismantled all the Korean gangs.
That island is extremely dangerous. So many homeless people have been kidnapped by sale farm owners to make slaves illegally. That place is only place that is anarchic in South Korea.
omg the last vid you record in india just got 100k views lol unfortunately it was right before you leave there 🥲 but content in korea is awesome as well soon you will for sure be fairly rewarded
