The style for the Palace of culture is neo-gothic, inspired in this case by french architecture, that was all the rage in Europe at the end of the XIX th century, and that, for us, represented a shift towards the west. The medical school in Iasi is one of the biggest in the country and there are a lot of foreign students there, so that may be of interest for u.
