In this episode I meet up with my friend Kevin J Patel, who is a climate justice advocate and founder of One Up Action. We talk about the climate justice issues Los Angeles faces and how disproportionately marginalized communities are effected by air pollution, tree inequity and living next to oil drilling sites. Kevin grew up in Los Angeles and works passionately to speak up for his fellow residence in the county. He is the epitome of power in youth and why we must have an intergenerational approach to leadership, policy and the implementation of solutions.
