Well...I’m going to take a wild guess here, but maybe all those years in front of a camera doing the movies and sitting down for press was sort of a good training in giving off a natural and relaxed way in front of the camera. Either way, this is a different project and the subject of the environment is important and the rest is lovely too🙂💕

Great habit to get into and to also *go gently* on yourself for not being able to pick up the overwhelming amount of trash that exists! This was lovely to watch. Very peaceful and very accurate to the go gently title. Often with environmental activism people tend to forget that we can’t all do certain things due to lack of money or where we live. I think it’s great how this is just about encouraging and educating people to do better rather than putting all the blame on them when corporations need to do a lot of the work as well.

Great inspiration - thank you for spreading the good vibes and simple tips. The 5 things idea to avoid overwhelm is great and focusing on the source even better. Not sure if this has been mentioned already but maybe consider having indoor cats since they tend to go for birds, lizards and other wildlife. Plus it keeps your cats safe from cars, mean neighbours and so on. Or here in Australia they can get eaten by pythons!! But yeah I have a garden to encourage wildlife and we built a catio so my girl can enjoy "cat TV" without getting into trouble! Thanks for all your hard work - really appreciate what you're doing :)
Hi, Bonnie! I started picking up garbage after spending more time in nature. I got a trash grabber on Amazon as well as a bucket from a dollar store so that I can pick up a lot of garbage without touching it. It feels great to leave nature cleaner than when you arrived.
Such a calm and inspiring video, thank you for these precious and peaceful moments with you. I would be very interested in more veggie recipes, cleaning tips (laundry hacks would be so incredibly useful!) and more insights about how you are dealing with the stress/anxiety due to pollution, waste and other disasters we are witnessing everyday.
