At the risk of sounding a little slow. I have a confession to make. It just dawned on me that some of my videos were not showing up on my RRR channel! Duh! I guess I wasn't paying enough attention to where they were going! The latest one went to my other channel "Martin Randolph". It has very little content and even less subscribers. When I finally realized what was going on. I deleted all of the videos and started reloading them to the RRR channel! A couple of them had the highest number of views. Now I have to start over by re-posting them. O well! Live and learn! Thanks for watching my videos! I can only get better! Martin.
Back in 1986 and 1987 my family and I went to Pine Island. It was awesome old Florida. Now it is commercialized and not that much fun. We Love Mary's Fish Camp.

I have a whole red snapper, a pound of Jumbo Lump crab meat, a dozen Blue Crabs and a pretty good bottle of champagne ! My man card is good for at least 90 days! HA!

Yeah I have been married for 40 years and I would be lost without her. Not to many people stay married like us anymore. I guess they think its ez just to give up or they never did marry for love. Anyway we are a dieing bread. Thanks for what you do for the VA. When I bought my house the VA said the AC had to be replaced and they did it. So thank you for doing what you do. GL&HH
They are great to work for. Once you get their system down and how they want things. I'm just glad that they chose me to work with them. They don't ask many appraisers. So I was surprised when they called! I was tired of the old Appraisal Management Company grind and dealing with people who don't have any background in real-estate and/or appraisal methods. Especially in the rural areas that I cover. The VA responds instantly and will help you work through any issues that may arise. The stress level is about half of what it used to be!
