Thank you for the beautiful videos. I've had Labradors all of my life, and the best command I teach them is "lie down". You can go anywhere from there. That way they know what they're supposed to do, and when they're lying down, they're receptive and calm. If you just yell no, no, no, and their name, they really don't understand what's going on. It's always best to use affirmative training - i.e. tell them what you DO want them to do (sit, lie-down, roll over, etc.), not what you don't want them to do. But she's adorable, and I really appreciate you taking us along on your adventures. I took my dog in a canoe and she was fine for about 5 minutes, until she saw a duck. She was a half mile down the lake in about 10 minutes, and I almost tipped. Lol.

I canNOT get over how talented a young man U R and above that your manners, your 'respect' for another's goods = better canoe find, and your love 4 'Him' = WELL DONE! Too bad about the fishing success or rather lack of...perhaps Gracie will adapt to it and allow U 2 fish with less interference. Your 'attitude' is what makes whatever happens...all a blessing. Some of the best days to catch Brook Trout in my opinion is either in a light rain or when it's overcast. Something about those kinds of days makes them much more active than when the sun is out shining. Maybe it's the slight temperature difference in the water. I've gone out to places similar to that here in Maine in a light rain and had some of the best luck Trout fishing. Those Beaver bogs are great places to look for Trout as well. Keep up the exploring. Lots of places you can get to if you look for it. It's amazing how calm Gracie is in the boat and around the fish. Even though she gets excited, she doesn't just jump in. I wish mine would be that calm. My lab would jump in and never come back.

Wonderful video with Gracie always leading 😀 Love her eagerness. A recipe for you to eat along with the Daal. I could send these to you but if you dont get to it right away the food will go bad. I checked it already and Amazon has it. Daal and Naan goes together. You could toast the Naan/Roti on the fire and then eat with Daal. It is delicious. Love the memory verse it really goes with this video. As always God bless you and be with you both.

@@TheMaineWoods Mixing ingredients is easy. You gotta have a special tandoor oven or clay oven to make naan. Hey, but we always can steer around these stuff instead of using those ovens. The oven that you used to make the blueberry crisp (out of the world and yummy) could be used for making Naan. Good night, Gracie and Corey.

Gracie. The worst fishing dog ever? I don't know. Our dog Luther also likes to jump around in our canoe as we are fishing, and get hopelessly tangled in our fishing lines. And sometimes if he gets excited when we catch a fish, he will jump into the water and swim towards the fish! :) That Blueberry crisp looked really good. Might have to try making that sometime.

Hey ! You hooked a silver brook canoe! Is it a keeper? Ha-Ha! How great this video with you and Gracie is. For those of us who will probably not get to do this now, Thank You. My adventures are with my wife of 47 years and end-stage kidney failure. The streams we traverse are new to us but we float them in THE OLD SHIP OF ZION. He will not break in the rocks and rapids. He is the Living daily Bread and the living water so we always are provided for. We have a Living Word map to guide and comfort us, even when the ravening and roaring lion wants to devour us around every turn. One day, by God's grace, we will leave these uncertain streams and wake up on the shore of the River Of Life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the LAMB. I pray to meet you there by faith in Christ, and we will talk about the ONE who caught us, and the two who did not get away. On another subject, I hand-forge primitive style knives. Do you sell any antlers? I use antler for many of my knives but I have never used moose. I would be honored to forge a knife for you and Gracie. Let me know if you want to, but its OK either way,.
