I know this Alex. He is a dodger of the compulsory 1-year military service that every Russian boys should serve right after high schools. Well, he is not alone, 80% of boys and their parents do everything to dodge Russian army, especially know when Russia is waging two wars (in Ukraine and Syria), because they know what the Russian is. Moscow is not Russia is also for this reason: Moscovites have much more money to pay bribery in the enlisting centers to dodge drafting to the Rus army.
