Today we explored Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦 - we had such a lovely day! 🥰☀️
Stari Most, the old bridge is a must when visiting the city of Mostar, as well as a stroll along the cobblestone winding streets in the same area. Still, interaction with the locals is the most important thing to do when visiting the Balkan! People are so friendly, curious and helpful! ❤️
we met a girl named Azra, who use to work as a tour guide, told us about her favourite site, a hidden gem, the Partisan Memorial Cemetery. We agree, don’t miss out on it! 👈 🙌
Another delight not to miss, are the Turkish delights! 😋 Sweet so sweet, yet so good! The business owner of a sweet shop helped us to pick a selection of different tastes, and we had a DIY tasting . 🍬🍬
Friendly people in a local group on Facebook reached out, thank you all for your suggestions, we enjoyed a great dinner at Hinson Han, a restaurant serving nice vegetarian alternatives. 🌿
Tomorrow, we are leaving Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦, for our country #54 🥳 Can you guess where we’re going?
