I would also include the galleria area close by and the River oaks area, nothing but wealth in these areas, but then again especially in River Oaks it’s one of those areas that residents will call cops on someone if they see a car that don’t look like it belong there.
The nice part is Galleria/River Oaks (Beverly Hills of Houston). NW Houston, actually outside of Houston city limits and in an unincorporated part of Harris County, is nice, near Katy/Cypress.
Toll roads are a s am on the public. Majority of building cost was initially paid with fed funding, they slap tolls on, tolls have been paid for over and over and over, and tolls never removed. Tolls are suppose to pay for that specific toll road, but as corrupt government goes, becomes a forever $ maker for the corrupt.
Watch what new areas new sub divisions are going up in Houston. They are building them on swamp land. They will easily flood, and I'm talking about roof top flooding.
Some constructive criticism-- and I realize that you're in a car for hours on end and probably lose your marbles after a while, but try not to scream like a lunatic while recording lol. I was zoned out taking in the scenery watching this on the tv, and your random whatever tf that was at 7:50 sent the dogs into a frenzy and even woke my kid up on the other side of the house lol. This is one of the absolute worst zoning in the world. If it was an country, U.S zoning would be dead last in freedom. The car companies are trying to make the U.S into a perfect dystopia. This can be in propaganda with "off roading" that the buyers rarely do. It is so bad that even NORTH KOREA has better zoning and wants to defend it with nukes. Their "slums" are streetcar suburbs that have gone unmaintained. The kids living here will be stuck in their homes, having the mercy of the corruption, greed and slow deaths that the internet and golden arches offers. North Korea is better and want's to help because it might mean all this ending with a nuclear warhead and the hope that sustainable housing will be built where highways were destroyed and farms in what was car centric suburbs. All the people who support induced demand and auto oriented corruption plus many more will see their end with nuclear force. If these cities improve, it might make the North Koreans think twice and uprise.
