Join us as we spend a day road tripping around the Hawaiian island of O‘ahu. We were in town for the inaugural flight of Hawaiian Airlines new 787 Dreamliner, so we didn't have as much time as we would have liked to explore Hawaii, but we made the most of our three day trip.

I decided not to post the name of the rental car company that we had issues with because I didn’t want to risk legal issues over a video that I’ll probably make $2 off of. 🙃

I went to Waimea Valley on summer 2022 when we stayed at Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore. The waterfall was dried up when we were there so its cool to see it flowing again.

Nice views. I have learned from experience to always take pictures of the rental car before driving it. I try to do it when the agent is present. I had an experience like yours years ago and learned that having photos of the car seems to deter the usual scams. Word of warning- the Cancun Airport rental car agencies are notorious for pushing their exorbitant insurance plans. Rent from an agency not at the airport. Have a great Memorial Day Weekend.
