Slugpups aren’t in this build sadly but maybe the devs have an old build lying around that does. Would be interesting to see how far along they were before being scrapped.

@@Nonethey probably do, from the dev logs they stuck with that idea as the main mechanic of the game for quite a long time iirc

The level editor itself wouldn't output any images even with the corrections. Thanks for the tip though, was able to fix my shortcuts with it.

guys i got an idea. If they add lizard eggs, it’s to either eat them or hatch them. If we hatch them, i think we should get some baby lizards and they would become adults after like 5-10 cycles, BUT during these cycles, what about you could make them learn and give them special abilities . Per exemple, if you go in water and swim enough with your lizard, they could learn how to swim fast or even dive for some time(can’t breathe under water) or if you make a baby green lizard climb enough poles (there babies so there not too heavy to climb) they will learn to climb as adults! the only thing is if you dont practice there skills, they could loose some aptitudes such as if you chill in a shelter for all your cycles with a pink and never climb poles, they will never learn and never know how to do so. So capabilities should be pre-learned such as wall climbing , camouflage , leaping or tonguing. Another funny mutations could be stuff like you make them vegetarian by only feeding them fruits or you make them eat a lot of a certain item so that they learn to spit it (can’t do that with spears. It would spear them from the inside and kill them). Last would be relations, grownup lizards would fear creatures you ran away when they were children and fight the one you would hunt. Your scavenger reputation would also influence their behaviour in front of scavs. Have a high reputation and your baby lizard wont hurt scavengers but have a low reputation and they will fight back and since the lizard is a baby, the scavengers wouldn't instantly attack and would rather be peaceful as long as the baby doesn't attack (which only happen if you have a bad reputation)
