So in RxJava2, `Observable.create()` is essentially the whole new `Observable.fromEmitter()` in RxJava1? Nice. And `subscribeWith` is now the way to get the Disposable back.

Is it OK to have a loop inside Observer that would frequently fetch data and emit changes? Like, updating database from network and then emitting only changed (insert, update, delete) objects? (maybe in some wrapper class that would actually say what action it was (I/U/D)? What's the best practices with this scenario?
