I was lucky enough to have the amazing opportunity to visit Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World as part of a cast member preview! I had such an amazing time exploring this new land. Calling it a new land is an understatement. This place is huge! The theming was so immersive and on a different level than I have ever experienced before. I tried Blue Milk for the first time, and had lunch at Ronto Roasters. Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run was an experience! From the moment you turn the corner and see the Millennium Falcon, the attraction begins. Cory begins calmly describing the awesome land, capturing the sites on video & giving a food review. Then someone puts him in one of the Gunners’ seats of the Millennium Falcon & PRESTO, Cory changes to a battling warrior. The excitement in your voice shows how immersed you were in the experience. Every boy dreamed of piloting the Falcon. You LIVED it today. This makes up for the lagging livestream.

Cory, That was an unreal Tour of Galaxies Edge! Wish we could have gone. Your filming and narration were impeccable. It looks like it will be the place to go in Disney World for a long time. Cory, the brakes is on the left pilot side. It does blink but you have literally 3 seconds to press it. If you press it, you won't hit that thing.

it's not bigger. both coasts get the same rides. the only difference in size is the shape and different entrance angles

Great video! 15:45 the cast member that is taken prisoner can be seen on numerous videos taken from the recent opening in California. She must have went there to train/learn her part/role.

Great video When my family and I rode the forth time; we "broke" the Millennium Falcon. I won't spoil it, but there is a short back and forth with Hondo and Chewbacca on the vid screens. Much better than a canned announcement. We were sent through the queue again, and our crew redeemed ourselves.

2:26: is that one of those MSE-6-series repair droids? Funny, I pictured them as being much smaller. Oh, no, it's just a garbage collection cart. My bad! I can't wait to get a Ronto Wrap. It really does look good! Okay, Cory, I love you, but I don't recall ever seeing a crew absorb so much damage to the Falcon. You're going to need some refresher pilot training--and perhaps some spring training too! But, hey, your hair held up! Priorities! It looks really cool, but I don’t understand why they don’t have everyone’s favorite characters in Galaxy’s Edge. Where’s Han Solo? They need way more actors walking around and interacting with the guests.

That is the common concern. So many people wish this land represented what they know and love about Star Wars and for many they just feel it doesn't. I completely understand that. However I don't think that makes the land bad. Especially because a lot of the day to day crowds are not going to be hardcore Star Wars fans and instead just families having fun at Disney. It's the same reason I dont think you have the be an Avatar fan to appreciate Pandora. Thanks for watching!
