Nice vlog from my birth town, thanks!! Just to precise something about Maison Kamerzell: it's the oldest restaurant in town, but not the oldest house, by far!!! For instance, one house just facing the cathedral, the old Bear house, is built in the 13th century, and i lived myself facing the Ancienne Douane ( old customs ) in such a 13 th century house :)

Ok so there's a funny thing about Miss Mina and Mummy Oh. If you're familiar with them and has been around for a long time with them. You know that Mommy Oh always says "The Best ____ I ever had" to anything that's delicious to her. As for Mina , whenever between comparing their food. Mina will ALWAYS prefer Mommy Oh's food which is so funny to me. I love both of their take on food so relatable
Alsace is my favorite part of France! I like the small storybook villages in the southern part of Alsace, (try Eguisheim and Kaysersburg next time). Tarte Flambée is my favorite dish. It's usually not that salty; the one you had must have had too much salt in the crème fraîche. And Alsacian white wine is to die for, not nearly as sweet as the German wines of the same names. My favorite white wines in the world.

Sauerkraut used to be one of my favorite food to accompany meats. When well balanced, it is delicious 😋. Had to slow down on it though, it gives me terrible gasses! So much good food in Europe. Your vlogs are bringing back so many good memories!
