I work about 5 minutes walk from Borough market and can confirm locals go. I often do lunch, coffee and buy cheese there. And I was born in London. Wait edit lol. We call those fries too. Chips are chunky. Like from a fish and chip shop.

Many restaurants/businesses have certain days off, so the itinerary is based on when they are open. Generally what we aim for is a combination of food markets and restaurants with a more special occasion feel. So the budgeting is more for the whole trip than for each day. Hope this helps!

I've been in love with London ever since I was there in the early 90s. I have had only the best of experiences in England, PERIOD. It is true though, to really get to know London, and see all the amazing things it has to offer, one would actually have to live there. I remember a swan that bit me in Hyde Park:))

3:05 in India this is a common snack. they are even used in a dish called salli chicken search for it its very famous. this thin fried sticks provide crunchy taste to chicken gravy.
I went to Selfridges hoping to get a replacement Noritake dinner plate as I had broken one in my mother's prize Japanese dinner service. They had it! That was many years back but I still remember the cost :)

A lot of good restaurant places to try in the uk the Indian food is nice quality not to complex the flavor are pretty well balanced. fish n' chip are good with there famous bqq sauce on the side it's a must when you visit 😀✌️❤️
